Amaury “Murphy” Dominguez

Murphy started with Triple ‘O’ Nursery working alongside his parents on a two acre tract, learning the nursery business first hand. Upon his parents’ retirement in 1988, Murphy assumed the day-to-day operations of the nursery and proceeded to increase the customer base as well as the property holdings. He gained valuable management experience while answering phones, taking orders, making sales calls and even driving a truck for deliveries. His ability to utilize and understand all facets of the company allowed him to expand two more times in only the next 10 years. Today, he oversees a skilled and knowledgeable staff as well as a full fleet of tractor trailers. Through it all, Murphy has maintained the company’s original focus of ensuring that customers receive a quality product in a professional and timely manner.

Sandra Sneckenberg

Sandra came to work at Triple ‘O’ Nursery Farms, Inc. in August of 1999 she brought with her over 20 years experience in accounting and office management. Sandra is responsible for the running of the day-to-day operations of the office including human resources, payroll, insurances, accounts receivable and accounts payable and in addition works closely with vendors and customers alike. Sandra has been a part of the Triple ‘O’ Nursery family for over eight years and has proven she understands all aspects of the company’s operations, the customer and vendor needs, in addition to our employees individual goals.

Raquel Brookins

Raquel joined the family business in October of 2000 after 17 years in the international private banking business. When she joined Triple ‘O’ Nursery she brought her sales and business background. Her experience in customer service has been surpassed by her continuing to learn the nursery and landscaping business. Since joining Triple ‘O’ Nursery, she has been instrumental in the growth and development of our client base. With her knowledge we have expanded our territories in the state of Florida as well as adding the Caribbean, Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Canada. In continuing to grow in the industry she serves as a board of director of the FNGLA 2007-2008. She is working with local high schools and local board of education Commissioner in developing internships for high school students to work with local nurseries and landscapers so that we can insure the future of agriculture in south Florida.

Oscar Dominguez

Oscar joined the Triple ‘O’ team in 2003 with a proven background of sales and customer service. Oscar serves as outside sales rep for Triple ‘O’ Nursery Farms, Inc., diligently focused on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs. From his beginnings at Triple ‘O’ Oscar has strived to gain as much knowledge as possible pertaining to Triple ‘O’ products and the industry as a whole. Whatever it takes to hold an edge and pass it along to the customer. Along with his sales duties Oscar has provided guidance and acted as a sounding board on many other facets of Triple ‘O’ Nursery from evaluating new markets to marketing material and show displays. If looking for an advocate for your company’s needs and someone who will gladly go the extra mile with you Oscar is the one you need to call.

Karla Wodrazka

Karla came to Triple ‘O’ Nursery Farms, Inc. in 2006. Karla is responsible for our front office; she is the friendly voice that greets you when you call Triple ‘O’ Nursery. Karla’s duties include working with the out-of-state and outbound trucking companies and working in unison with the field workers to guarantee your order is ready when you arrive. You will see some of her work in the Plant Pick of the Week email she sends to each of Triple ‘O’ Nursery’s customers. While Karla does many things at the nursery, one of her greatest talents is her ability to communicate with the various people she encounters in her daily work. Currently, Karla is working with the sales department and the grower to further her understanding of our plant inventory.
